It's been a few years since I've toured solo, but I can't think of a better way to get back on the proverbial bicycle than opening for the truly remarkable Alison Moyet in the UK & Ireland this autumn.
I opened for Alison on The Minutes tour way back in 2013 and it was a total joy, so this felt like a very easy yes. I'll be playing a few new songs that have been simmering away plus some of the 'hits'. Fun fact, I co-wrote a song with AM and Guy Sigsworth called 'The English U' on the 'Other' album that came out in 2017, she has one of my favourite voices in the entire universe. I'm joining her on dates from Stockton to Belfast, but excluding Buxton.
